I, Aruna Soni, living in 13, Anand Vihar, Delhi, wish to state that I am the owner of the above mentioned property. I have rented out the ground floor of my house to Mr. Sushil Kumar, an executive in Life Insurance Corporation of India. Under the rules, I have to supply to the police the detailed description of Sushil Kumar.
Mr. Sushil Kumar hails from Kanpur. At present he has been working as an executive in LIC, Gurgaon. He is 5′-6′′ tall and has a good physique. He is around 45 years old, has black hair and wears safari suits. His wife is a school teacher. She teaches in a Public School in Gurgaon. Mr. Sushil Kumar has two children. He is gentle and has amiable nature. He is amicable and cooperative. He has been working in LIC for the last twelve years.
I have verified his credentials and am satisfied with the information that he has supplied in the Rent Agreement. I, therefore, request you to please accept this information from my side as a testimony for him.
